Guidelines/Rules
As with all sites of this nature, it is paramount that we have some kind of guidelines for the site. The community here can be summarised by the proverb "Mi casa es su casa", meaning my house is your house and in this sense treat others as you would like to be treated.
- Be Nice! - No insulting, harsh, rude or lude comments. No threatening language neither on the forums nor via private messaging. If you see anything breaking these rules then press the report button (
 ), if it is via PM please forward the PM to an administrator (a list is below).
THESE FORUMS ARE NOT A PLACE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF NEW PODCAST EPISODES! GRAHAM, DEREK, STEVE etc. ALL HAVE LIVES, AND WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO RELEASE NEW EPISODES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
- Be Proper! - First of all, no spamming - this means improper posts, blatant self promotion, double posting, necroposting or general posting for no reason. This includes proper spelling, and proper text (not txttlk). You are also forbidden to post any kind of pornographic or erotic text/images, links to adult websites, links to sites breaking any of our rules and are advised to keep foul language out of the forums.
Please note the personal messaging system is a privilege and tool to improve the community. The function can be removed from your account only in seconds. Just because these aren't publicly viewable it does not mean you can use this feature to break our forum rules. Private messages in ordinary circumstances are only viewable by the sender and the receiver, however as the databases for the site are the property of this site an administrator, if he felt inclined, could access the database and read them only in the instance where there is suspicion of a member breaking the rules. Just because they are private, this does not mean they are secret.
- Be Legal! - This site is 100% legal! You are forbidden to post, link or promote any kind of illegal activit including warez, illegal downloading, file sharing, video sharing, illegal torrenting and p2p sites. You may only provide links to websites which broadcast TV shows legally - this is sites officially licensed by the broadcasters such as BBC iPlayer, 4OD, NBC Video Rewind, Fox on Demand, iTunes and other such sites. Illegal links will be removed and posters banned. Sites such as YouTube are allowed and if you take issue with the posting of videos through the YouTube function you should flag the video on YouTube as opposed to our site.

Please note that anything you post on this site belongs to the owners of the site. We have the write to organise the site, remove, edit or hide any content posted on this site. We do not pre-moderate content on this site under normal circumstances, so content should never be considered the views of the site, its partner-sites or its affiliates unless posted by an administrator. The poster of the message remains solely responsible for the post content. Our ToS also do not allow multiple accounts on the site and duplicate accounts will be deleted.
The site staff and administration, are in no way responsible for the content of ANY external sites other than those under the 'Starkville' branding - such sites as Twitter, Facebook, Myspace are out of our control and we hold no jurisdiction over them.
